Join us for a Grief Support Group.
If you are dealing with the loss of a loved one or even the difficulties of dementia, Park Creek invites you to join us for a Grief Support Group where you’ll find solace and encouragement among a supportive community. Becky Davis of Gentiva Hospice will share her expertise in bereavement care and life-limiting illnesses — providing comfort to anyone struggling with overwhelming emotions. Free and welcome to all, it’s an opportunity for you to share resources, ask questions and create connections with those in similar situations.
